The built-in lithium ion battery is non-replaceable.
The machine should only be charged using recommended charger specifications (DC5V 1A).
Product charging should be operated by an adult.
When charging, a red indicator light will light up next to the charging port. When charging is completed, the indicator light will turn green.
For the safety of children, the machine cannot be used while charging.
When fully charged, the machine can play music or video continuously for about 4 hours in the lowest volume setting.
When battery level is running low, the screen will display a low battery alert.
To maintain battery performance, please charge the machine only when the low battery icon appears on the screen.
Do not exceed 24 hours per charge.
If the machine is idle for 3 months or more, a full charge is required before restarting.
Power consumption and battery performance varies according to user habits. Children should not use the machine for more than the recommended 45 minutes per session. If the low battery prompt appears even when the machine is fully charged, there may be a problem with the battery. Please stop using the machine immediately until proper examination and repair is completed.
